DELPHIS
DELPHIS is a Joint Research and Development Unit for 16 social
housing
companies active in 11 regions and managing more than 132,000 high-rise
or
individual housing units.
DELPHIS promotes innovation and know-how within every area of its
members'
particular specialisations (housing management, housing development,
social
engineering, human resource management, quality policy.).
DELPHIS' most significant recent projects are:
- "HABITAT SENIOR SERVICES": a standard for the optimization of the
housing
management for elderly people
- QUALIBAIL: official standards and references for the quality
management in
social housing
- a Corporate Social Responsibility reporting reference system.
- EURHONET: a European housing companies network to exchange knowledge
and
know-how, and set up common development projects
- Four current European projects for the improvement of energy
savings
("ESAM" and "TACKOBST" with IEEA funding) and vocational training
("e-IRFPP"
and "TRHOC" with Leonardo da Vinci funding) in housing companies.

DELPHIS in TACKOBST:
DELPHIS is the coordinator of the TACKOBST project.
It is responsible for the global achievement of the project, and
the
specific achievement of 3 Work Packages: WP1 (coordination), WP5
(testing
phase) and WP7 (specific dissemination activities).
